Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of administrative processing
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and IT affinity
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational skills
Your tasks
- General administrative tasks, e.g., telephone service, correspondence, filing, incoming and outgoing mail
- System-side data entry and maintenance of the ProReha administration software (training takes place as part of the onboarding process)
- Preparation of information events
- Preparation of certificates and recording of expert opinions
- Office organization
