As soon as possible, we are looking in the UK and preferably in Germany for a full-time Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d).
The position is initially limited to two years, with an option of extension.
Your tasks
As a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d), you will become part of our team and support our product tick@lab. In this position, you will act as the central interface between our software solutions and our international customers in Germany, Europe and other regions, with a focus on our German-speaking customers. You ensure smooth processes and make a significant contribution to building strong and trusting customer relationships worldwide.
- Building and maintaining our customer relationships
- Analyze customer requests, resolve technical challenges, and provide quick and effective solutions
- Support in the continuous improvement of our products
- Implementation of technical training for customers with the aim of optimising product use
- Close cooperation with internal departments to solve complex issues efficiently
- Creation of structured and detailed documentation
- National and international travel (up to 10%)
What sets you apart
- Bachelor’s degree in biology preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing position within a technology SaaS company
- Knowledge in the field of laboratory animal husbandry; understanding of compliance standards (IACUC, etc.) are desirable
- Excellent technical competence and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies
- Very good communication skills, both written and spoken in German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Very good time management, prioritization and organizational skills as well as a strong eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively with diverse international clients, with a particular focus on our German-speaking clients
