Your role:

We love consulting! Do you? As the company's internal consultancy, we tackle strategic projects across Healthcare, Life Science, Electronics, and Enabling Functions. Our diverse team of around 75 colleagues brings expertise from top-tier external consultancies, major industry players, and top academic institutions. With offices in Darmstadt (HQ), the Greater Boston Area (USA), and Singapore, we deliver high-impact projects to the company's most critical business challenges. Working directly with senior management, we lead local, regional, and global initiatives that drive organizational success. Beyond providing consulting services, we serve as a talent incubator for our company, with a considerable number of colleagues transitioning into key leadership or expert roles throughout the organization every year. Combining both, business consulting and people development, we contribute to the company's success and accelerate your career!

You will work as part of project teams, providing business consulting across our sectors and business functions, before transitioning to the next exciting career step within our company after approximately 2-4 years.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on transformation, change, and HR initiatives, while also having the flexibility to lead projects beyond this scope. As you continuously evolve our organization, you will leverage your expertise in various types of transformations – such as organizational and digital transformations – as well as diverse HR-related projects (e.g., people strategy, upskilling initiatives). As a colleague and trusted partner, you support projects from design to implementation, inspiring change throughout the organization. You handle interactions with internal clients, guide project teams in flat team structures, and proactively identify and apply Data & AI opportunities.

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree in natural sciences, business, psychology, or related field; PhD or MBA is a plus
  • Work experience of 2-5 years in management consulting with a focus on transformation, change management, HR or comparable; industry-related experience in pharma, biotech, chemistry, semiconductor solutions or similar is desirable
  • Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges, and the passion to continue developing skills in this field
  • Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas with exposure to different hierarchy levels. More extensive leadership experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, creativity, analytical strength, and strategic thinking
  • Proactive, self-motivated work approach and with a passion for working in teams
  • Proficiency in English and preferably also in German
  • Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area (e.g., Darmstadt, Frankfurt) to allow for regular office presence (2–3 days per week) for close collaboration and network building
