In this role, you are jointly responsible for the smooth operation of your work area and support the Chef Pastry in the preparation of dishes, ordering processes, and checks relating to quality, hygiene, and safety.

• Completed vocational training as a cook in the gastronomy/hotel industry
• Experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• You are a team player even in hectic situations and do not lose the overview
• A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
• Independence, reliability, and sense of duty
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• Respectful interaction with colleagues and superiors
