Aufgabengebiet

• Lead and manage strategic consulting projects within the digital assets industry
• Consult clients directly, and be able to build out an internal delivery team of strategic consultants
• Acquire clients and take the lead in client pitches to win mandates
• Prepare convincing client pitches and presentations
• Keep up to date with the fast paced industry developments and implement new developments
• Work together with the founders on implementing their company vision and growth ambitions

Anforderungsprofil

• Bachelor or Master studies
• Professional work experience in a strategy / consulting company with a focus on financial services
• Ideally some experience working in crypto or digital assets already
• Strong managerial skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
• Fluent German and English in order to engage with both local as well as global clients
• Based anywhere in Germany
