  Responsibility for financial controlling and reporting in accordance with IFRS and German regulatory requirements.
• 
  
  Preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for the executive team.
• 
  
  Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, HGB) as well as all tax and legal regulations.
• 
  
  Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support the company's strategic goals.
• 
  
  Optimization and automation of financial processes using ERP systems (NetSuite) and Salesforce.
• 
  
  Acting as a strategic finance partner to the executive leadership to support growth-related decision-making.
• 
  
  Leading and developing a high-performing finance team with a focus on efficiency and transparency.

  Supporting M&A and carve-out processes, including the integration of new financial systems.

Anforderungsprofil

• 
  
  5+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, and senior finance roles.
• 
  
  Strong expertise in IFRS financial reporting, ideally combined with experience in HGB.
• 
  
  Hands-on experience in accounting, financial operations, and team leadership.
• 
  
  Proven track record in financial transformation projects and process improvements.
• 
  
  Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
• 
  
  Experience using Salesforce for financial reporting and data integration.
• 
  
  Strong analytical skills to derive strategic insights from financial data.
• 
  
  Experience with audits, statutory filings, and tax compliance in Germany.
• 
  
  Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for team and talent development.
• 
  
  Fluent in English.
