What You’ll Do
- Peek behind the curtain of customer processes and discover what truly keeps them up at night
- Turn business needs into smart, pragmatic solutions that excite customers
- Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery and qualification to proposals and contract signing
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product stories that drive buy‑in and shorten sales cycles
- Build demo environments that are so tailored, customers think we built the product just for them
- Team up with experts from other departments on proposals, pricing, and everything RFP/RFQ/RFI-related
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development - ideally in SaaS or B2B
- You "speak business” and "speak tech”. You don’t need to be a developer, but you "get it”
- You communicate clearly, confidently and with a spark
- You’re customer-focused, solution-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and energized by winning deals
- You work analytically, structured, but also creatively when needed
- You're happy to travel to customers, events, or trade shows
- Great German and English skills round it all off
