Position:
[D2C/OBS] Internship - Online Brand Shop (m/f/d)

- Managing the assortment from listing up a product on lg.com, ensuring stock availability & managing the forecast
- Managing the daily business: Order Management, price registration, customer inquiries, reporting bugs
- Analyzing processes, sales figures & customer behavior and define countermeasures to improve KPIs
- Creating dashboards and reports for efficient KPI tracking
- Project lead on implementing new features & functions to improve customer journey and sales
- Seeking new business opportunities with business leader (e.g. affiliate marketing, marketplace etc.)
- Ongoing studies at a Swiss University, ideally with a focus on IT or business administration
- Organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Creative, willingness to learn and interest in gaining practical experience in a real working environment as a team player and independently
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, Power Point
- Fluent knowledge of German and English are mandatory, solid French is a great plus
- Passionate and motivated to work in e-commerce
