We are currently looking for a Global HR Expert Data & Analytics (m/f/d) in Human Resources for our Human Resources International department at our Dortmund location.
Your tasks
- Development and implementation of HR data governance standards and strategies to optimize global HR data usage, quality and security
- Ensuring an integrated HR data and system architecture
- Analysis of the various HR information needs and development of suitable HR KPI dashboards and reports
- Conducting data collection and analysis on compensation and pay structure, developing a database for ad-hoc implementation of external and internal benchmarks in close cooperation with global and local HR officers
- Ensuring the timely reporting and implementation of Group reporting and coordination of global personnel planning
- Implementation of HR reporting, controlling and personnel cost planning for Germany with the aim of continuous automation
- Management of global projects and implementations as well as conducting training for the local HR contacts in the regions
Your profile
- Completed studies in economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR controlling, people analytics, HR reporting, compensation & benefits or HR consulting
- Strong analytical skills and experience in structuring and handling complex data structures, and ideally experience in preparing and analyzing global compensation and payroll structures
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM, the Success Factors Suite (including Employee Central) and the use of databases
- Enjoy managing global or cross-divisional projects as well as rebuilding the data landscape and implementing digitalization
- high affinity for numbers as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
- very good communication skills in German and English
- Location: Dortmund ǀ North Rhine-Westphalia
