Your responsibilities
- Helpdesk – handling support requests (recording and processing Central Service Requests (ZSA), via phone, email, and fax)
- Customer contact
- Consulting and advisory services
- Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Coordination of cross-organizational tasks
- Processing support to-do lists (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Monitoring
- Administration of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions
- Creation of customer reports
- Preparation of statistics
- Handling and archiving files on data storage media (DSAFE and/or PARIS archive)
- Installation of packages, updates, etc.
- Configuration of SaaS solutions
- Setting up customer environments
- Handling administrative tasks and supporting the team lead
