We are looking for a motivated chef de partie (m/f/d) for our Brasserie Caroussel Nouvelle at the Bülow Palais Dresden. In this position, you will take responsibility for your own station and make a significant contribution to the culinary identity of our hotel.

Your role:

As Chef de Partie, you are an important member of the kitchen team. You are responsible for your own station, consistently implement standards, and work closely with the head chef, sous chef, and the entire kitchen team. Your daily goal is to combine culinary quality with efficiency and team spirit.

Your main responsibilities

The implementation of our culinary standards and requirements

  • Independent management of a kitchen station
  • Preparation and presentation of food at a consistently high level of quality
  • Implementation of specified recipes, standards, and culinary concepts
  • Ensuring taste, appearance, and timing during service

Teamwork & Growth

  • Close collaboration with the head chef, sous chef, and service team
  • Support and guidance for commis chefs and trainees
  • Active participation in a professional, performance-oriented kitchen culture

Operational excellence

  • Responsibility for mise en place, order, and cleanliness at your own workstation
  • Compliance with all hygiene and HACCP guidelines
  • Careful handling of goods, equipment, and resources
  • Support for the continuous optimization of processes

What you bring with you:

  • Completed culinary training or comparable qualification level
  • Work experience in comparable hotels or restaurants
  • High quality standards, resilience, and structured approach to work
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility in shift work

Your profile:

  • Passion for fresh produce and artisanal cuisine
  • Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
  • Interest in personal and professional development
