Student Job Offer: Working Student/Internship – Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Flow
We are looking for a student to help us improve our analog and mixed-signal design flow. In this position, you will get in contact with both analog and digital IC design in advanced CMOS technologies. You will have a chance to learn how analog IPs are integrated in a digital IC design, and can contribute to make this process easier and more efficient.
With the internship as a starting point, further opportunities at Racyics are available, such as writing your thesis or working part-time as a working student.
Job Description:
- Create and improve design setups with commercial EDA tools and in-house flows for analog design and IP preparation
- Develop Python and Cadence Skill scripts to automate design tasks
- Generate and verify behavioral models for analog and mixed-signal IPs
- Collect requirements and feedback for the design flow from engineers in the company
Requirements:
- Ongoing study in a master's program in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics or similar
- Excellent/very good grade point average
- You have finished your intermediate exams (Vordiplom), or at least second master semester
- Basic experience with analog or digital EDA tools from university labs or previous internships
- Ability to quickly grasp the basic concepts of different EDA tools and programming languages
- You are not scared of working in a Linux terminal
- Effective communication in English
- Work from one of our office sites
