LAHZA AI is an 11 to 50 person software development company building advanced visual intelligence solutions. As a Founder’s Associate working student, you will support strategic operations and business initiatives directly alongside the leadership team in a fully remote setup across the Middle East.

Your responsibilities

You will drive key operational projects, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and help streamline internal processes to support the company's growth.

• Manage day-to-day business operations and ad-hoc strategic projects

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review

• Coordinate communication between different internal teams and stakeholders

What the role requires

This role requires a student background in business, operations, or a related field, combined with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

• Currently enrolled as a student with availability for 20h/week

• Clear communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment

Your first months at LAHZA AI
