As an Allocation Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our product flow – analyzing data, identifying trends, and making decisions that shape the customer experience. If you love working with numbers, have a feel for products, and want to stay close to the action in retail, this is the role for you!

Your responsibilities

• Define initial allocation of an option based on demand.
• Ensure replenishment is based on demand, steering the replenishment to the right store in season.
• Monitor size performance on option/store level and make corrections where needed in season.
• Daily & weekly responsiveness to sales trends by looking into sales on option/size/store level and adapt allocation and replenishment based on these learnings.
• Define seasonality sales curves based on history and market trends, anticipating sales peaks or lows down to store level.
• Season end management in close collaboration with the commercial teams in the countries (execute final calls, replenishment exclusions)
• Ensure size availability on core programs.
• Management of new store openings, store closures and refurbishments in close collaboration with the market colleagues

What you bring

• Extensive knowledge of allocation & replenishment
• Financial and analytical rigor in combination with product affinity to enable consumer focused decisions.
• Extensive knowledge of forecasting, understanding seasonality curves and trends taking into account multiple factors like promotions, events, range assortment etc.
• Superior knowledge of the retail equation
• Strong comfortability with massive amount of detail and data
• Strong self-organization, prioritization, and work structuring skills
• Ability to synthesize big data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluent in Business English, oral and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Preferred: Knowledge of Datawarehouse reporting
• Preferred: relevant experience in Allocation
