Your responsibilities
- Represent Energy Assets as future operator across various project phases (Clean Dispatchable Power, Heat & Storage, batteries, solar and wind park projects)
- Actively manage stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant future operations
- Develop recommendations for optimal target operating models for new build assets within Uniper’s fleet
- Lead and coordinate owner’s specification requirements for new assets (excluding nuclear), in close cooperation with Growth Engines from early project stages
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in alignment meetings with technology suppliers/OEMs Uniper may cooperate with in the future
Your profile
- Academic degree in engineering or economics (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of site operational experience
- Relevant technical, commercial, and project management experience or ability to quickly develop advanced skills
- Solution-oriented, decisive, and able to simplify complex problems
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently (average 4–5 at a time)
- Proven track record of continuous improvement and business excellence
- Business fluency in English; other Uniper languages beneficial
- Willingness to undertake frequent national and international travel
- Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment with a "can-do” attitude
