RaaS GmbH is an innovative IT company specialising in software testing, IT consulting and AI solutions. In order to further strengthen our administrative department, we are looking for a dedicated person to support our team in the Back office - with a talent for organisation and enjoy structured work.
Your tasks
- Support with organisational and administrative processes in day-to-day business
- Processing e-mails, enquiries and general correspondence
- Management of documents, contracts and digital filing systems
- Maintenance of customer and project data in our systems (e.g. B. CRM, ERP)
- Preparation of presentations, reports and internal documents
- Coordination of appointments, meetings and business trips
- Collaboration with accounting, HR and project teams
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in the back office, ideally in an IT or digitalisation environment
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with digital tools (e.g. B. Odoo, Teams) desirable
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Team spirit, service-orientation and discretion
