Your Tasks

• Supporting the continuous development of the "Compliance Management System" of MediaMarktSaturn Germany
• Technical responsibility and point of contact for all compliance-related issues
• Support in the ongoing development, optimization, and implementation of compliance programs, processes, and policies
• Collaboration with various departments to integrate compliance requirements
• Training and advising employees on compliance topics
• Evaluation of Compliance Risks and establishing preventive measures together with operative business units
• Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines
• Processing compliance notifications and supporting the whistleblower system
• Independent execution of compliance investigations, including in an international environment
• Preparation of presentations and reports on the compliance status and risks for management and other relevant bodies

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance, including in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-fraud management and anti-money laundering
• Special training in internal investigations is desirable but not strictly required
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong process understanding, analytical skills, and a high degree of independence
• Experience in project management
• Fluent in German and English
• Pragmatic and practical working approach
• Distinct stakeholder management mindset, strong communication skills combined with loyalty and teamwork
• High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
