Your Mission: Drive and Scale Our Revenue Engine
Our Energy AI platform provides a standardized way to cut costs and emissions simultaneously. But our AI alone isn't the whole story. To win, we need a commercial powerhouse to bring our solution to the market.
That's why we need YOU. As a key Sales Manager on our growing team, your mission is to drive our expansion and help scale our revenue engine. You will play a crucial role in the entire sales motion, from executing on strategy to closing the deals that will define our next phase of growth. This is a role for someone who wants to have a major impact and help refine the script for success.
Tasks
What You'll Do
- Refine the Sales Playbook: You will be a crucial part of optimizing our sales process. This includes refining the ideal customer profile (ICP), contributing to our sales methodology, and helping to track the key metrics and KPIs that measure our success.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: You will drive the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to conducting compelling product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing complex, high-value deals with industrial leaders.
- Build a Data Driven Pipeline: You will develop and execute data-driven outbound and inbound strategies to build a robust and predictable revenue pipeline. You will be the master of our CRM, using it to manage your workflow and create accurate forecasts.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Engage with C-level executives and technical leaders, deeply understanding their strategic challenges and articulating how our AI platform solves their core operational and financial problems.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: As a core member of the GTM team, you will channel direct market and customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring we build what the market needs.
- Leverage modern Software and Build Automations: Together with us, you will leverage modern technology to automate and improve your day-to-day operations. Innovating and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Requirements
What We're Looking For (The Self-Assessment)
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven, demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- A "Figure-it-Out" & Hunter Mentality: You are a born problem-solver and a self-starter who thrives on ambiguity. You have a relentless drive to build new business from the ground up.
- Complex Sales Expertise & Board Room Capable: You are skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and are confident and credible when engaging with C-level executives.
- Digitally Native, Data-Driven & AI-Capable: You are proficient with modern CRM systems and think in terms of data, funnels, and conversion rates. You can build your own reports and dashboards to measure what matters and are able to think outside of the box, using modern AI tools to automate & accelerate workflows.
- Exceptional Communicator: You possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- Professional fluency in German and English is essential.

- True Startup Experience: You have been a founder or an early employee (<20 people) and have experience thriving in an environment where you contribute to building and scaling commercial processes.
