What you´ll do

• Deliver strong NRM insights via tools & dashboards, maintenance & adhoc assistance
• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver insights in the most actionable way on categories & customers
• Manage dashboard maintenance, upgrade & update releases, including communication to key stakeholders
• Partner with category teams & regions for targeted deep dives to identify value opportunities
• Guide and assist on tool usage / analytics / modeling; partner with experts on data & analytics
• transparency creation & gap-trend review – communicate back to internal stakeholders
• create dashboards & optimize NRM tool including forward looking view

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 3-7 years of experience preferably in established FMCG companies (ie marketing, sales, catman) including experience in Revenue Management
• Understanding of various NRM analytics techniques (pack price curves, cross price elasticity, Net Revenue waterfall, promo ROI, cannibalization, NRM insights transformed into actions impact tracking, dashboards etc.) & Apprehend more complex modeling or AI technics to discuss with the next level experts (ie Excel advanced (Pivot, macros); Tableaux; Power BI)
• Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high-level executive summaries, storylines & concise practical plans for execution
• Fluent English language skills, German language is beneficial
