Agria ist seit über 130 Jahren führender Anbieter von Tierversicherungen in Europa. Wir versichern Hunde, Katzen und Pferde – und setzen uns mit Leidenschaft für das Wohl von Tieren und ihrer Halter ein. Seit 2021 sind wir auch in Deutschland aktiv und bauen jetzt unser neues Kundenservice Center in Düsseldorf auf. Dafür suchen wir tierliebe, engagierte Kundenberater/innen, die mit uns wachsen möchten.

Deine Aufgaben
Beratung von Tierhaltern rund um unsere Versicherungen für Hund, Katze und Pferd
Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kundinnen und Kunden
Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Anfragen – inklusive Beratung und aktiver Verkauf passender Versicherungsprodukte
Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Kundenerlebnisses
Das bringst du mit
Große Leidenschaft für Tiere – besonders für Pferde, Hunde oder Katzen
Freude am Umgang mit Tierhaltern und Einfühlungsvermögen für ihre Bedürfnisse
Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Beratung
Erfahrung in einem Versicherungsunternehmen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Lust, gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen

Agria has been a leading provider of pet insurance in Europe for over 130 years. We insure dogs, cats, and horses—and passionately advocate for the well-being of animals and their owners. Since 2021, we have been active in Germany and are now establishing our new customer service center in Düsseldorf. We are looking for animal-loving, dedicated customer service representatives who want to grow with us.  

Your Responsibilities  
- Advising pet owners about our insurance options for dogs, cats, and horses  
- Providing phone and written support to customers  
- Handling inquiries with a solution-oriented approach—including consultation and active selling of suitable insurance products  
- Ensuring a first-class customer experience  

What You Bring  
- A strong passion for animals—especially horses, dogs, or cats  
- Enjoyment in interacting with pet owners and empathy for their needs  
- Experience in customer service or sales, ideally with a focus on consulting  
- Experience in an insurance company is a plus but not required  
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm to achieve shared goals

Agria es el proveedor líder de seguros para animales en Europa desde hace más de 130 años. Aseguramos perros, gatos y caballos, y nos dedicamos con pasión al bienestar de los animales y sus dueños. Desde 2021, también estamos activos en Alemania y estamos estableciendo nuestro nuevo centro de atención al cliente en Düsseldorf. Para ello, buscamos asesores/as al cliente amantes de los animales, que deseen crecer con nosotros.

Tus tareas  
Asesoramiento a los dueños de animales sobre nuestros seguros para perros, gatos y caballos  
Atención telefónica y escrita a clientes  
Tramitación orientada a soluciones de consultas, incluyendo asesoramiento y venta activa de productos de seguros adecuados  
Aseguramiento de una experiencia de cliente de primera clase  

Lo que aportas  
Gran pasión por los animales, especialmente por caballos, perros o gatos  
Disfrute en el trato con los dueños de animales y empatía por sus necesidades  
Experiencia en atención al cliente o ventas, idealmente con enfoque en asesoramiento  
Experiencia en una empresa de seguros es una ventaja, pero no un requisito  
Espíritu de equipo, habilidades de comunicación y ganas de alcanzar objetivos juntos

Esperienza in un'azienda assicurativa è un vantaggio, ma non è un requisito  
Spirito di squadra, capacità comunicative e voglia di raggiungere obiettivi insieme

Agria od ponad 130 lat jest wiodącym dostawcą ubezpieczeń dla zwierząt w Europie. Ubezpieczamy psy, koty i konie – z pasją dbając o dobro zwierząt i ich właścicieli. Od 2021 roku działamy również w Niemczech i obecnie rozwijamy nasze nowe centrum obsługi klienta w Düsseldorfie. Szukamy miłośników zwierząt, zaangażowanych konsultantów obsługi klienta, którzy chcą rozwijać się razem z nami.  

Twoje zadania  
- Doradztwo dla właścicieli zwierząt w zakresie naszych ubezpieczeń dla psów, kotów i koni  
- Telefoniczna i pisemna obsługa klientów  
- Rozwiązywanie zapytań w sposób ukierunkowany na rozwiązanie problemu – w tym doradztwo i aktywna sprzedaż odpowiednich produktów ubezpieczeniowych  
- Zapewnienie najwyższej jakości obsługi klienta  

Wymagania  
- Duża pasja do zwierząt – szczególnie koni, psów lub kotów  
- Radość z kontaktu z właścicielami zwierząt i empatia wobec ich potrzeb  
- Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta lub sprzedaży, najlepiej z naciskiem na doradztwo  
- Doświadczenie w branży ubezpieczeniowej będzie dodatkowym atutem, nie jest jednak konieczne  
- Zespół, komunikatywność i chęć wspólnego osiągania celów
