What you'll do
- Drive and scale the adoption of Henkel Adhesives’ data driven strategy and execution capabilities
- Be a trusted partner to our internal business stakeholders and provide seamless and uninterrupted access to our in-house developed strategic steering systems
- Take on the responsibility to ensure operational readiness of our strategic steering system for our stakeholders
- Maintain operational excellence of critical master data and applications, ensuring data and system quality, connectivity, and reliability
- Deliver comprehensive solutions for end user support & training
- Drive process standardization by leveraging industry best practices and implementing them across our internal process frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional projects supporting the development and rollout of new business applications and scaling of existing solutions
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in business, Engineering, STEM, Information Systems, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in business process management, system support, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven ability to work effectively with both business counterparts and technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. SQL and/or Python skills are a plus
- Previous exposure to digital systems such CRM, financial reporting or data management processes in ERP environments are a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
