Service Agent Travel Agency Support (m/f/d)
alltours head office | full/part-time | presence
Your area of responsibility
- Contact person for the travel agencies for all questions relating to the booked vacation trip by phone, e-mail and chat
- Changing bookings (e.g. postponing dates, rebooking flights or hotels)
- Assistance and solutions for special questions (e.g. combination or group travel)
- Collaboration with other departments (e.g. accounting, flight and hotel purchasing)
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training, alternatively practical experience in the field of tourism (also students)
- Enjoy telephoning and have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- High quality and service orientation
- Reliability and team spirit
