Being part of HSBC in Duesseldorf, you’ll help evolve and grow our business as a Specialist Trade Finance (m/f/d) .
In this role you will
- Ensure that the service level agreements with our clients are met
- Develop individual solutions in the letter of credit business
- Review and verify letters of credit and related trade documents
- Communicate with both internal and external customers
- Support the implementation of the HSBC Group-wide strategy for the transformation of our service business including cooperation with the responsible Group Service Centers
- Lead and roll out projects
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
You should apply if you have
- a successfully completed bank education, ideally with appropriate further qualification (bank academy studies or degree as a specialist in foreign trade)
- in-depth knowledge of the document and warranty business
- a structured working method and methodological competence
- a high level of social competence and responsible and careful working practices
- an open-minded and communicative personality
- good PC user knowledge (MS Office)
- fluent English and German language skills, knowledge of another language are advantageous
