To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join the Helios Klinikum Duisburg as a full-time or part-time administrator in the administrative area of the MD procedure in Medical Controlling (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The job can be carried out remotely and across locations, close coordination with the facilities supported is essential.

• Timely processing and documentation of document requests from the Medical Service (MD)
• Independent compilation of medical documents in cooperation with the treating departments
• Monitoring deadlines for the provision of documents and communicating with the responsible colleagues in the facility
• Checking the documents using the dual control principle together with other locations
• Maintaining and managing cases in the database
• Active participation in the further development of internal processes, in particular by providing feedback on the optimization of archive and documentation systems

• Completed commercial or medical training, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector
• Experience in handling sensitive medical data and working confidentially
• A high degree of independence, diligence and a sense of responsibility as well as a willingness to work across locations
• Confident handling of digital documentation systems and databases
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with different professional groups
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
