Your impact
- Maintain and implement global C&B processes and tools for the Schindler Group in collaboration with the contry business units and HR Business Solutions & Technology.
- Lead and coordinate annual C&B year-end processes, including performance management, variable pay, compensation planning, and share allocation.
- Contribute to global market intelligence activities by managing data collection and liaising with external benchmark providers.
- Maintain and monitor C&B data quality and support the development of KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, payline and benchmarking.
- Participate in global C&B projects and initiatives.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in global Compensation & Benefits within an industrial setting, including country-level C&B responsibilities
- Solid understanding of performance management, bonus and share plans, market benchmarking, and global compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage programs in complex international environments
- Skilled in communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement across functions and regions
- Proficient in HR systems (i.e., SuccessFactors), Excel, and PowerBI
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results, continuous improvement, and team development
