We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating organizational development strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Driving organizational design initiatives including the design and implementation of operating model blueprints
- Driving continuous improvement of our global job catalog and its application in SuccessFactors
- Supporting legal entities in applying a standardized and automated reporting of Full-time-equivalent (FTE) and Headcount (HC)
- Collaborating with various departments, including Finance, HR Analytics & Reporting, and Strategy Deployment Office to ensure alignment and integration of organizational development initiatives
- Providing change management support to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes
- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Administration)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or a related field
- Consulting experience gained in an international environment is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite other relevant software
- Microsoft Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- You have permission to work in either Switzerland or Singapore
