• Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating organizational development strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
• Driving organizational design initiatives including the design and implementation of operating model blueprints
• Driving continuous improvement of our global job catalog and its application in SuccessFactors
• Supporting legal entities in applying a standardized and automated reporting of Full-time-equivalent (FTE) and Headcount (HC)
• Collaborating with various departments, including Finance, HR Analytics & Reporting, and Strategy Deployment Office to ensure alignment and integration of organizational development initiatives
• Providing change management support to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes

We Elevate... Your Best Self

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Administration)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or a related field
• Consulting experience gained in an international environment is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite other relevant software
• Microsoft Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• You have permission to work in either Switzerland or Singapore
