Your Role
- Design of embedded non-volatile memory architectures to meet the highest customer and market requirements
- Management of memory design projects through to mass production readiness
- Development of analog circuit blocks across various technology nodes down to 110nm feature size
- Definition of verification processes for non-volatile memories, including data analysis and evaluation
- Evaluation of new memory concepts and architectures for use in embedded memories
- Documentation of development results

Technical contact for the internal sales organization and external customers
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field; a PhD is desirable
- Experience in electronics development, including design, simulation, and testing
- Professional experience in the development of analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Experience in development environments for the automotive industry is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office, Linux development environments, and complex design software such as Cadence
