We are looking for you as a QM Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible as a sick leave replacement with subsequent maternity leave replacement.

• Maintenance and documentation of QM-relevant documents
• Maintaining the roXtra document management software/conducting training courses in this software
• Preparation and support for internal and external audits
• Support in the preparation and recording of quality circles
• Monitoring and follow-up of quality objectives
• Preparing and supporting management reviews and action planning
• Motivation and implementation of quality improvement measures
• General administrative activities to support the QMB

• Completed medical training

• Initial experience in quality management desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Structured and independent way of working
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Prudent and independent working style
• Friendly and considerate interaction
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
