Your Tasks
-Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational direction
-Leadership, motivation, and development of employees (approx. 15 employees)
-Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
-Development and implementation of innovative business models and services
-Representation of the company to customers, partners, and authorities
-Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
-Close cooperation with the Group and leveraging synergy effects
Your Profile
-Completed studies in the field of mine surveying (Markscheidewesen), geoinformatics, ora comparable field of study
-Several years of management experience in a comparable position, ideally in minesurveying (Markscheidewesen) or mining
-Solid knowledge in the areas of mine surveying (Markscheidewesen), geoinformatics,and AutoCAD
-Experience in handling modern measurement technology and software (e.g., Geograph,Card/1, GPS, Leica Total Station, laser scanner)
-Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
-Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and communication skills
-High level of initiative, responsibility, and ability to work in a team
