We are looking for you as a nurse (m/f/d) for our Palliative Medicine and Pain Therapy department in Erfurt at the earliest possible date.

• Outpatient nursing care / treatment of seriously ill and dying people with an incurable disease in a specialized palliative care team
• Advice for patients and their relatives as well as close cooperation with the general practitioners and nursing staff
• Varied work in the specialist field of palliative care

• A documentation system specially designed for palliative care

• Examination as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) in health and nursing care, geriatric care or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Experience in palliative care, outpatient or inpatient
• Car driving license
• Further training in palliative care and/or willingness to complete it
• Willingness to work on call
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Full-time position
