What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Develop and maintain BIM data standards, governance frameworks, and information management principles
• Define, implement, and manage OpenBIM and IFC-based data structures and workflows
• Create and maintain Information Delivery Specifications (IDS)
• Develop and improve BIM model validation and data quality assurance processes
• Ensure consistency, quality, and interoperability of BIM data across projects and engineering disciplines
• Support the integration of BIM platforms with enterprise systems and digital engineering environments
• Drive the automation of BIM-related processes through APIs, scripting, and digital workflows
• Collaborate with BIM specialists, engineers, and data architects to optimize digital project delivery
• Monitor compliance with BIM standards, governance requirements, and interoperability specifications
• Contribute to the continuous advancement of BIM methodologies and digital engineering practices

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, Information Management, or a comparable environment
• Proven expertise in:
  • IFC (Industry Foundation Classes)
  • OpenBIM standards and workflows
  • Information Delivery Specifications (IDS)
  • BIM model validation and quality assurance
  • BIM data governance and interoperability

• Hands-on experience with BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Forma, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of data modeling, system integration, and interoperability concepts
• Experience with APIs, scripting, workflow automation, or digital process optimization is considered a strong advantage
• Proven experience working with IFC, OpenBIM standards, and BIM data models
• In-depth knowledge of IDS, model validation, and BIM data quality assurance
• Experience in BIM data integration, including system interfaces, APIs, and automation of BIM-related workflows
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary project environments
• Very good German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
