Customer service representative (m/f/d)

As a customer service representative at our headquarters in Erlangen, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and parking space users. You will assist with questions about our parking systems and handle complaints and requests for improvement. Our young and dedicated team values initiative and creativity.

Your profile

• You have either completed commercial vocational training or comparable training.
• Alternatively, you have extensive experience in office work on a PC as well as telephone service or customer service.
• Enjoy communicating and interacting with customers
• Friendly manner and strong service orientation
• Confident use of common MS Office products
• Ability to work independently, strong team spirit, and flexibility
• Interest in the topic of digitalization
• Very good written and spoken German skills

Your responsibilities

• Contact person for customer inquiries
• Receiving and handling calls and emails from parking lot users
• Active and solution-oriented communication and forwarding of customer concerns
• Support with customer service and back office activities
• Complaint management by phone and email
