This position will be located in Erlangen, Germany or Malaysia.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Facilitate interactive, role-based training sessions (virtual and in-person) for end users, key users, and local trainers as part of global deployment waves.
• Conduct Train The Trainer (TTT) sessions to equip regional and country-level trainers with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver localized training effectively.
• Deliver training aligned with the global ServiceNow curriculum and provide feedback to the curriculum development team for continuous improvement.
• Partner with country deployment teams to adapt materials and delivery methods to local business processes, languages, and regulations.
• Maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and business processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset, HR, etc.).
• Work closely with the global ServiceNow implementation team, change management, and communications functions to ensure training aligns with deployment timelines and readiness milestones.
• Monitor attendance, learner engagement, and post-training feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support go-live readiness, post-go-live hypercare, and refresher training sessions as needed.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field and have many years of experience in delivering technology training in a global environment.
• Alternatively, you have a Bachelor’s degree in an equivalent field with additional years of experience in the area.
• Preferably, you are familiar with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ESM platform.
• You possess experience in working in large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

Your attributes and skills:

• You possess strong knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning delivery methods.
• You are willing to travel globally about 50% of the time.
• You can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• You are skilled in virtual training tools and LMS systems.
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across time zones.
