A Snapshot of Your Day 
As the Team Lead for Business Intelligence, you will be at the forefront of transforming SE FIN’s analytics landscape. In this pivotal role, you will define the BI technology roadmap, ensure seamless integration with the S/4E Unify program, and deliver user-centric analytics experiences. Your expertise will be key in turning data into actionable insights that empower decision-making across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• BI Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development of SE FIN’s BI landscape, including FinDashes, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and transformation goals.
• User Experience & Innovation: Champion the creation of intuitive, accessible, and user-centric analytics platforms that enhance decision-making and drive business success.
• Integration & Architecture: Ensure the seamless integration of BI tools with S/4E Unify and other ERP systems, maintaining a stable and scalable analytics landscape.
• Consulting & Enablement: Provide expert BI and analytics consulting to finance stakeholders, empowering them with self-service capabilities and advanced analytics.

What You Bring

• A strong background in BI strategy, architecture, and user experience design.
• Experience with corporate reporting tools and integration with ERP systems.
• Deep expertise in financial value flows, demonstrated across various finance functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics teams and deliver impactful solutions.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
• A commitment to developing talent and fostering digital literacy within the organization.
