A Snapshot of Your Day 
The Operational Excellence Professional - GT TR NM OE is supporting Transformers execution unit with driving continuous improvements by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, implementing strategies to enhance factory performance, output and cost-effectiveness across the organization’s operations. Key responsibilities include moderation of workshops, planning and secure deliverables on cost improvement program within network, leading process improvements projects, developing and implementing standard operation methods, managing performance data and collaborating with factories to achieve business objective OKR’s and KPI’s. The position requires a willingness to travel around 20 %. 
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Supporting Operational Excellence and lean methodologies across the global factory network with a focus on performance improvement and benchmarking
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables based on detailed project plans and schedules
• Facilitating best‑practice exchange and implementation between factories
• Providing education, training, and coaching to factory colleagues
• Analyzing, identifying, and implementing efficiency measures using lean methods
• Optimizing the value stream, monitoring operational excellence indicators, and managing special projects to drive continuous improvement 

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or similar education with several years of relevant professional experience and profound knowledge in project execution, production and logistics 
• Lean competence or Six Sigma certification combined with strong analytic and problem-solving skills for creative data-driven solutions Leadership and management skills with proven ability to lead projects, teams and multi-department workshops 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German to influence partners and drive consensus with good understanding of financial reporting and use of data for decision making 
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, task prioritization and ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment with initiative to drive improvements 
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively with diverse teams and interested parties
