Join Team Sembach. Together with 200 colleagues, you will ensure that around 400 million components made of technical ceramics are manufactured every year for companies in the medical, automotive, energy technology and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. In our family business based in Lauf a. d. Pegnitz you can expect flat hierarchies, a pleasant working environment and space for personal development opportunities. We are looking for a Process Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your tasks include:
- Analysis, optimization, and standardization of production and business processes to sustainably increase quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Planning and moderating process analyses and workshops (e.g., value stream and swimlane analyses) as well as conducting
- targeted training for employees
- Recording and analyzing processes (as-is), identifying bottlenecks, waste, and deviations, including through process mining
- Design, modeling, and documentation of future-proof target processes
- Definition, control and tracking of measures in close coordination with responsible departments and project management
- Active participation in the implementation of lean management structures
- Coordination of cross-functional teams and coaching of employees
- Central interface function along the supply chain
- Development, definition, and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators
- Supporting change processes within the framework of change management
What we want from you
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, business informatics, production engineering, or comparable qualification
- Ideally, further training/certification in Lean Management and/or Six Sigma
- Comprehensive understanding of processes along the entire supply chain
- Experience in use of methods and tools for error analysis and systematic process optimization (process mining)
- Basic knowledge of quality management is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
- Strong hands-on mentality and social skills
- Very good German and good English skills, as well as proficiency in using MS Office
