We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Developer to support the industrialization of AI-powered applications within an innovative enterprise platform environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications. A key aspect of this role is transforming rapidly developed AI prototypes into secure, maintainable, and production-ready enterprise solutions.

The consultant should be comfortable working independently, identifying technical improvement opportunities, and collaborating closely with frontend developers, AI specialists, cloud engineers, and platform teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services
• Build and integrate REST APIs for modern web applications
• Develop data processing pipelines supporting AI-based solutions
• Transform proof-of-concept and prototype applications into production-ready enterprise software
• Improve software architecture, maintainability, scalability, and performance
• Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error-handling concepts
• Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Create technical documentation and architectural guidelines
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Frontend Developers, Product Owners, and Cloud Engineers
• Contribute technical expertise and proactively drive improvements to existing solutions

Required Technical Skills
