A Snapshot of Your Day 
As a working student in the Global Procurement Communication team, you are positioned at the strategic core of our internal communication initiatives, reaching approximately 4,000 employees worldwide. Working closely with four communication specialists, you support key functional areas and make a significant contribution to effective and inspiring internal communication.
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Support in creating newsletters, presentations, and reports to highlight procurement achievements
• Creation and monitoring of engaging posts for the Procurement department’s online channels
• Coordination of workshops, trainings, and supplier meetings with a focus on communication and visibility
• Collaboration with internal departments to gather insights and enhance communication strategies
• Maintenance and updating of the Procurement SharePoint and other communication platforms
• Support of creative communication activities, including the development of visual content such as graphics and videos

What You Bring

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and engagingly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative communication ideas
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, effective time management, and the capability to work independently and in a team
• Advantageous experience with communication and design tools (e.g. VISIO, Photoshop, video editing software), combined with reliability, strong work ethic, and motivation for continuous learning
