A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student supporting Order Execution Europe, you work closely with the Head of Order Execution Europe, the European PMO, and EQS. You support coordination, reporting, and communication of European initiatives by preparing analyses, presentations, and status overviews, tracking actions, and improving transparency on priorities, progress, and risks. The role offers hands-on experience at the interface of strategy, operations, and leadership in a cross‑regional environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordination and tracking of European‑wide Order Execution initiatives
- Support of Operational Excellence initiatives through data collection, structuring of improvement ideas, and documentation of best practices
- Execution of ad‑hoc analyses and contribution to structured problem‑solving activities
- Maintenance of action lists, decision logs, follow‑ups, and support of steering meetings
- Preparation of structured inputs such as slides, summaries, and dashboards for reviews and decision meetings
- Creation of clear and engaging internal communication materials and support of change initiatives, including communication of new ways of working and priorities
- Current field of study in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- Interest in operations, project management, Operational Excellence, and strategic topics
- Strong analytical and structuring skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Interest in communication, storytelling, and simplifying complex topics
- Structured, reliable, and self‑organized working style with a proactive, hands‑on mindset
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and very good English proficiency
