Commercial lead in the MySports division for campaigns, sales channels and partners, owning the end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of all 360° marketing and sales campaigns and leading commercial partnerships to maximise reach, conversion and subscriber growth.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Own and drive the integrated campaign strategy across all channels and commercial partners
• Lead end-to-end 360° go-to-market and sales campaigns, including planning, budgeting and execution
• Lead negotiations and performance steering of distribution, media and sales partners to maximise conversion
• Manage agencies and external partners with clear performance, quality and delivery governance
• Own and optimise significant marketing budgets (CHF 1M+ direct, CHF 2M+ indirect partner spend)
• Define, track and continuously optimise campaign and partner KPIs (reach, conversion, CPA, ROI)
• Translate CVP and brand strategy into high-impact commercial activations and senior-ready decision materials

YOUR SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in campaign management, partnerships or channel marketin, ideally within sports, media or consumer brands
• Data-driven approach to performance and optimisation
• Experience managing complex partner ecosystems and marketing campaigns
• Solid budget ownership and ROI accountability
• Strong agency and vendor management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience in marketing roles
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German and English (French a plus)
