This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and operational leadership of the shift and further development of employees
- Workforce planning and machine allocation
- Implementation of an open communication culture
- Monitoring and enforcement of standards related to quality, GMP, Lean, regulatory compliance, documentation, and KPIs
- Manufacturing or processing of materials
- Supplying machines with raw materials
- Ensuring proper shift handover
- Participation in projects (e.g., introduction of new technologies)
- Training and supporting (new) employees according to TWI principles
Education
- Successfully completed vocational training
Work Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Initial leadership experience is desirable
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Certified TWI trainer or willingness to obtain this qualification
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Fluent German, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
- Successfully completed Lean and Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt) or willingness to complete the training
- Strong awareness of safety, quality, and responsibility
- Structured planning and independent, goal-oriented working style
- High level of commitment and willingness to drive change
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to work in a fully continuous shift system
