Contract Details: fulltime, permanent
This is an onsite position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical management of the Electrical Workshop at the Eschweiler site
- Introduction and implementation of modern maintenance strategies in alignment with company goals and organizational structure
- Further development of the electrical workshop with regard to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Ensuring the timely execution of mandatory inspections
- Strategic development of the electrical workshop in areas such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Responsibility for occupational health and safety
- Participation in project work in collaboration with specialist departments and external contractors
- Conducting and initiating risk assessments
- Preparation of statistics and presentations
- Organization, coordination, and supervision of external service providers
- Ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, quality, schedule, and cost objectives
Education
- Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering with further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing company
- At least 5 years of experience in technical and disciplinary leadership of employees
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of AutoCAD, PLC programs, and SAP
- Good knowledge of GMP and ISO standards, as well as experience participating in projects
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, hands-on mentality, and customer orientation
- High level of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability
