Overview:  

As Quotes & Tenders Supervisor (f/m/d) you will support the tender & bid management elements of our business. You will be expected to work individually and as part of the team, researching and understanding individual pre-qualification and tender requirements in respect of the submissions being made to ensure that they accurate, fully compliant and the deadlines are successfully met. You will be the first point of contact for all quotes and general quote related enquiries from our internal and external customers

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead, develop, and manage the Quotes & Tender Team to deliver high‑quality administration for all negotiations, tenders, and contract submissions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with commercial teams to support regional and overall business objectives.
• Ensure all quotes, tenders, and contract submissions are prepared to the highest standards, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and on‑time delivery.
• Oversee the development, compilation, and ongoing maintenance of an effective and evolving reference library.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all quotes, tenders, and contract submissions to enable meaningful management reporting and insight analysis.
• Ensure internal and inter‑departmental processes are fully implemented, adhered to, and aligned with approval requirements; identify gaps and make recommendations to management where improvements are needed.
• Document and communicate all approved procedural changes to relevant departments in a clear and timely manner.
• Manage workload prioritization within the team and introduce new procedures where required to improve service levels for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Review and monitor tender and contract search platforms on a daily basis to proactively identify relevant opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance responsiveness, quality, and overall bid success rates, working collaboratively across EMEA groups to ensure standardization and consistency.
• Monitor submission timelines closely and ensure all tender and contract deadlines are met without exception.

What You Bring:  

• 3 years of Experience in a similar role and industry preferable

• German and English fluency (written and verbally)

• Knowledge of the life sciences and clinical diagnostics market desirable

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills needed, excellent written communication.

• Able to work efficiently with cross functional teams and people at different levels in a matrix organisation. Can work cross functionally

• Good computer literacy and presentation skills
• Proven line management experience
• SFDC and SAP experience required
