Receptionist (m/f/d)
Working hours: 40 hours / 5-day week or by arrangement
Flexible working hours possible: Planned early or late shifts or flexible scheduling by arrangement
Become part of TEAM TIROL. As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You represent the company with friendliness, professionalism, and organizational skills. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing assistance, and offering administrative support for daily operations.
Tasks
- Friendly welcome and service to guests, customers and suppliers
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls and emails
- Management of appointments, meeting rooms and incoming/outgoing mail
- Support with organizational and administrative tasks
- Maintenance and management of customer data
- Coordination with other departments to ensure a smooth process
- Ensuring a well-maintained reception area
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Organizational skills, reliability and discretion
- Confident use of MS Office and telephone systems
- Experience in reception or hotel management is an advantage.
