We are seeking a receptionist (m/f/nb) for our logistics location in Wernberg to start as soon as possible. In addition to reception duties in Wernberg, you may also be required to cover reception duties at our headquarter in Hirschau.
Your contribution to success
- Friendly and professional reception and greeting of guests, customers, and employees.
- Management of visitor and security logs and implementation of access controls (e.g., ID and vehicle checks, issuing visitor badges).
- Receiving, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls via the switchboard.
- Providing information and forwarding requests to the appropriate departments or persons.
- Monitoring security-related systems (alarm systems, cameras), conducting patrols, and providing emergency and safety instructions.
Your success factors
- Completed apprenticeship in a commercial field or comparable qualification
- Fluent written and spoken German (C2 level)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional communication style
- Conscientious, diligent, and discreet approach to work
- Confident use of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
