Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the field of Strategy and Operational Excellence - Lifecycle Products.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of strategy workshops
  • You help us conduct data analysis and create dashboards using Power BI to generate actionable insights
  • You support in preparing reporting slides, tracking sheets, and compelling presentations for marketing and strategic projects
  • You assist in process improvement initiatives by applying lean management methods (e.g., structured problem solving, agile visual management, value stream mapping)
  • You help us perform research and analysis to support decision-making and ongoing projects

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are studying economics, healthcare economics, business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, data science/analytics or something similar
  • You are very familiar with MS Office applications
  • You have practical experience with data visualization
  • Proficiency in using AI tools is a plus


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good English and German skills
  • You can work with us for at least 12 months
  • You are open-minded and a diligent worker
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills: you can understand new tasks holistically, identify what matters most, develop a clear strategy, and break it down into actionable steps
