Responsibilities：

• Responsible for sales and business development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in the German and European markets；
• Develop and execute market-entry strategies while building and maintaining a customer network (including energy suppliers, project developers, EPC contractors, etc.)；
• Participate in tenders, contract negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales customer relationship management；
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs；
• Conduct regular market analysis, prepare sales forecasts, and report to management；
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields；
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the renewable energy sector; BESS experience is preferred；
• Experience in developing large-scale energy storage/power projects in Germany or Europe；
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills；
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and Europe；
• Native-level German, fluent English, and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
