We are searching for a Chief of Staff with PMI focus. This role reports directly to the CEO. The company is a leading Microsoft Cloud and Hosting provider in the DACH region. The mission of the role is to support the CEO in strategic, operational, and organizational matters, ensuring structured and decision-ready preparation.

This role ensures a steep learning curve while simultaneously shaping an entire industry ecosystem. As you will play a central role in an ambitious M&A strategy, former PMI-experience will be required for that role.

The role is based in Frankfurt.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects with a primary focus on post-merger integration (PMI).
• Drive integration workstreams, track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment across functions.
• Prepare executive briefings, analyses, presentations, and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and further develop CEO routines, leadership cadences, and reporting structures.
• Act as a central interface between CEO, leadership team, shareholders, partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifikation

• At least years of experience in management consulting, including in boutique or mid-sized consultancies.
• Substantial PMI experience, ideally across multiple integration or transformation projects (carve-outs, system harmonization, organizational integration, synergy tracking).
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities with the ability to structure complexity and prepare topics concisely.
• High affinity for technology, digital business models, and dynamic environments.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Grounded, pragmatic mindset with high reliability and integrity.
• Strong ownership mentality, structured working style, and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to simplify complexity, set priorities, and drive results.
• Clear and concise communication with a solution-oriented approach.
• High degree of trustworthiness and discretion.
