Aufgabengebiet
- Lead the transformation of the DACH region with a clear focus on growth, operational effectiveness and commercial excellence.
- Actively translate strategy into action by working hands-on with Sales, Customer Service and Lab Operations to optimize processes, strengthen capabilities and accelerate results.
- Build, develop and empower teams in a lean setup, fostering ownership, accountability and a growth mindset.
- Expand the regional ecosystem by deepening relationships with clinicians, dental professionals, sleep labs and key opinion leaders.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee budget planning and financial performance within the region.
Anforderungsprofil
A successful Commercial Director DACH (m/w/d) should have:
- Proven leadership experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A track record of successfully managing operations in a regional capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the DACH region's market and regulatory environment.
- The ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
